Tom Heaven

Tom Heaven co-founded BHL Art Group with George Bailey following a fourteen-year career at Sotheby’s.

Tom joined the UK Business Development team in 2007 and became Director of Business Development, Sotheby’s Europe in 2013. In this role he worked across all specialist and support areas of the company and managed major client relationships. Tom was instrumental in coordinating the Sotheby’s teams in providing both short-term and longer strategic advice to UHNW collectors, and in managing both private and auction sales for UK and international clients.

As Managing Director, Tom administers the business operations of BHL Art Group – overseeing client relationships, the day-to-day organisation of specialists and valuations, and liaises with auction houses and galleries.
