Tom Heaven co-founded BHL Art Group with George Bailey following a fourteen-year career at Sotheby’s. Tom administers business operations, overseeing client relationships, the day-to-day organisation of specialists and valuations, and he liaises with auction houses and galleries.

George Bailey has over 40 year’s experience in the art market, including as Managing Director of Sotheby’s Europe, and Sotheby’s Chairman of European Business Development.
